THE KUMQUAT AND LYCHEE MOJITO
- Muddle the kumquats in a glass.
- Pour in the lychee syrup and Rémy Martin VSOP.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and blend.
- Garnish with a kumquat cut in half.
- Serve with paper straws.
