Created by the Happiness Forgets Team in London, the Baptiste celebrates the work of the House’s Cellar Master, Baptiste Loiseau. Our fruitiest aromatic cognac is matched with crisp cider and malty maple.

20 ml lemon juice
20 ml maple syrup
A dash of orange bitters

1¾ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
2/3 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz maple syrup

  1. To create the perfect aperitif, pour 50 ml (1¾ oz) Rémy Martin VSOP, 20 ml (⅔ oz) lemon juice, 20 ml (⅔ oz) maple syrup, and a dash of orange bitters over cubed ice.
  2. Top with French cider and drop in a twist of orange zest.
