1 cl yuzu juice
1.5 cl simple syrup
Top with champagne or sparkling sake

  1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass
  3. Top with champagne (or sparkling sake).
  4. Garnish with an edible flower.
