40 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
10 ml yuzu juice
15 ml sugar syrup
Top with champagne or sparkling sake

1⅓ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1/3 oz yuzu juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Top with champagne or sparkling sake

4 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
1 cl yuzu juice
1.5 cl sugar syrup
Top with champagne or sparkling sake

HOW TO MAKE THE
YUZU 75

  1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass
  3. Top with champagne (or sparkling sake).
  4. Garnish with an edible flower.
