5 kumquats
10 ml lychee or rose syrup
5 ml lemon juice

3.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
5 kumquats
1 cl lychee or rose syrup
5 cl lemon juice

1¼ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
5 kumquats
1/3 oz lychee or rose syrup
1/6 oz lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE THE
KUMQUAT AND LYCHEE MOJITO

  1. Muddle the kumquats in a glass.
  2. Pour in the lychee syrup and Rémy Martin VSOP.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and blend.
  4. Garnish with a kumquat cut in half.
  5. Serve with paper straws.
