The Fleurissimo cocktail was originally made by Agostino Perrone, director of mixology at The Connaught in London, in honour of Grace Kelly. The perfect cocktail to enjoy and commemorate great moments.
HOW TO MAKE THE
- Find a decadent coupe glass worthy of Marie Antoinette.
- Pour 15 ml of Rémy Martin VSOP over a sugar cube soaked in bitters.
- Add 5 ml of crème de violette liqueur.
- Top with champagne.
- Float a rose petal on top for an additional nod to the flower-adoring Queen.
