HOW TO MAKE THE
RÉMY SOUR

  1. Shake 50 ml of Rémy Martin VSOP, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
