INGREDIENTS

50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
25 ml strawberry syrup (or one bar spoon simple syrup and 3 muddled strawberries)
20 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml egg white

1¾ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
3/4 oz strawberry syrup (or one bar spoon simple syrup and 3 muddled strawberries)
2/3 oz fresh lemon juice
1/3 oz egg white

5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
2.5 cl strawberry syrup (or one bar spoon simple syrup and 3 muddled strawberries)
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1 cl egg white

HOW TO MAKE THE
STRAWBREEZE

  1. Shake all ingredients together and strain over crushed ice.
  2. If you are using fresh strawberries, muddle them first, before adding the other ingredients and shaking.
  3. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint.
