Peychaud’s bitters

HOW TO MAKE THE
VIEUX CARRÉ

  1. Add 20 ml of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 20 ml of rye whiskey, 20 ml of sweet vermouth, 1 bar spoon of Bénédictine, and 2 dashes each of Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters to a rocks glass.
  2. Fill with ice and stir.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
