INGREDIENTS

40 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
40 ml boiling water
20 ml Drambuie
5 dashes Angostura bitters
Small knob of butter
10 ml double cream
Brown sugar to taste

2/3 oz Drambuie

4 cl boiling water
2 cl Drambuie
5 dashes Angostura bitters

1 cl double cream

  1. Blend and heat all ingredients in a Nespresso-style Aeroccino machine or simply combine all the ingredients in a coffee cup, stirring until the butter has dissolved.
