Created by the Happiness Forgets team in London, the Baptiste celebrates the work of Baptiste Loiseau, the House’s Cellar Master. Our fruitiest, aromatic cognac is matched with crisp cider and malty maple.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml maple syrup
A dash of orange bitters
French cider

1¾ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
2/3 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz maple syrup
A dash of orange bitters
French cider

5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl maple syrup
A dash of orange bitters
French cider

  1. To create the perfect aperitif, pour 50 ml of Rémy Martin VSOP, 20 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of maple syrup, and a dash of orange bitters over ice cubes.
  2. Top with French cider and drop in a twist of orange zest.
