Ingredients
Combine 45ml Rémy Martin VSOP Mature Cask Finish, 20ml lemon juice and 20ml simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda, then garnish with a lemon wheel and brandied cherry.
