THE SHORELINE FIZZ
- Combine 1½ oz of Rémy Martin VSOP, 1/4 oz of maraschino cherry juice, 2 chunks of pineapple (muddled), 1/6 oz of simple syrup, and 3 dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall stem wine glass.
- Top with 2½ oz of champagne.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
