45 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
7.5 ml maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
5 ml sugar syrup
3 dashes bitters
70 ml champagne

4.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
0.75 cl maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
0.5 cl sugar syrup
3 dashes bitters
7 cl champagne

1½ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1/4 oz maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
1/6 oz sugar syrup
3 dashes bitters
2½ oz champagne

HOW TO MAKE THE
SHORELINE FIZZ

  1. Combine 1½ oz of Rémy Martin VSOP, 1/4 oz of maraschino cherry juice, 2 chunks of pineapple (muddled), 1/6 oz of simple syrup, and 3 dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a tall stem wine glass.
  3. Top with 2½ oz of champagne.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
