  1. Shake 50 ml (1¾ oz) of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 20 ml (⅔ oz) of lime juice or Verjuice and 15 ml (½ oz) of toffee syrup with ice.
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
  3. Garnish with a slice of toasted bread.
