We operate our visits and boutique Monday to Saturday.

Children of all ages are welcome to participate in all of our tours although tastings are only available for those 18 and older.

There are dedicated parking spaces for visitors near both our sites.

For a fully accessible experience, our Historic House in Cognac is labeled “Tourism and Handicap”. It has disabled parking, a hearing loop at the reception desk, accessible access, an elevator, and a wheelchair available.
Our tour “Discover the Production Site by Train” at our Merpins production site is classified as an industrial tour. However, people with reduced mobility are welcome and can follow the tour. Please note, however, that there are steps during the tour.
