1/2 oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1/6 oz crème de violette liqueur
Sugar cube
Champagne

15 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
5 ml crème de violette liqueur

1.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
0.5 cl crème de violette liqueur
Sugar cube

HOW TO MAKE
THE FLEURISSIMO

  1. Find a decadent coupe glass worthy of Marie Antoinette.
  2. Pour 1/2 oz of Rémy Martin VSOP over a sugar cube soaked in bitters.
  3. Add 1/6 oz of Crème de Violette liqueur.
  4. Top with champagne.
  5. Float a rose petal on top for an additional nod to the flower-adoring Queen.
