1¾ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
2/3 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz maple syrup

20 ml lemon juice

A dash of orange bitters

5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl maple syrup

HOW TO MAKE
THE BAPTISTE

  1. To create the perfect aperitif, pour 1¾ oz of Rémy Martin VSOP, 2/3 oz of lemon juice, 2/3 oz of maple syrup, and a dash of orange bitters over ice cubes.
  2. Top with French cider and drop in a twist of orange zest.
