SHORELINE FIZZ
- Combine 45 ml of Rémy Martin VSOP, 7.5 ml of maraschino cherry juice, 2 chunks of pineapple (muddled), 5 ml of sugar syrup, and 3 dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall stem wine glass.
- Top with 70 ml of champagne.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
