“À table !” Temporary Exhibition

True to its history and drawing on its precious archives, Maison Rémy Martin opens the doors to its world and showcases part of its gastronomic heritage. In its heart of Cognac, inaugurating a new exhibition space, Maison Rémy Martin unveils the behind-the-scenes of legendary meals and prestigious establishments in which Rémy Martin and LOUIS XIII cognacs held pride of place. Here, visitors will enter the world of both brands through an elegant presentation centered around the theme of tableware. The exhibition, entitled “A Table!”, takes visitors on a timeless journey through several scenes revealing, among other things, the presence of Rémy Martin cognac on the Normandie, a veritable palace of the seas in the 1930s that welcomed celebrities and epicureans from around the world on board, and the sumptuous dinner in honor of the English King, George VI, at the Palace of Versailles in 1938, during which LOUIS XIII was served.

“A Table!” ” celebrates not only the House’s heritage but also how its cognacs continue to inspire moments of sharing and gastronomic creativity. Through tasting rituals and presentation suggestions, the exhibition recounts the conviviality and hospitality that the House still embraces today.

Finally, visitors can enjoy a reading area for all ages that pays homage to gastronomy and gourmet delicacies.

An exhibition that will awaken the taste buds of visitors of all ages. The “A Table!” exhibition is free and can be a logical prelude or continuation of traditional tours of the Historic House.
