A summery cocktail that’s only made better with 1738 and a few fresh mint sprigs straight from the garden.
- 2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
- 8 mint sprigs
- ½ oz simple syrup
Add the mint sprigs, sugar, and a dash of water to a mixing glass. Add shaved ice and cognac. Shake until frosted, then pour the concoction into rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
