Laura Mornet is Rémy Martin’s Winegrower Advisor. By selecting the eaux-de-vie each year with our viticulture partners, she helps them continue to produce the highest quality eaux-de-vie that will one day become Rémy Martin cognac.

Baptiste Loiseau is the Cellar Master at Rémy Martin, and the youngest to have ever held the Cellar Master position. He shares with us his passion for the universe of cognac, his distinctive vision and the teamwork required to achieve Rémy Martin excellence.

Cooperage Manager
Michael Meunier is the Cooperage Manager at Rémy Martin. He collaboratively work with his team, which is essential to the production of our Cognac Fine Champagne.

Bartender Talent Academy
The Bartender Talent Academy (BTA) is Rémy Martin’s international cocktail competition highlighting the talents of bartenders. Each year, a new competition challenges bartenders to be creative and develop new, exciting beverages. The competition begins with national selections, with a global final in France: Cognac & Paris.
The BTA brings the top international bartenders together, through an invigorating and exciting challenge. Competing bartenders are encouraged to combine their expertise and technique with creative storytelling to create a unique cocktail creation.
