Rémy V Drop Set

Tasting notes

EYE

Crystal clear when poured neat into the glass. Turning of the glass reveals sumptuous tears, promising roundness on the palate. Adding ice reveals clouds, markers of distillation on the lees, promising a fruity taste.

NOSE

Vibrant fruity aromas of an unaged eaux-de-vie, freshly distilled on the lees for maximum expressiveness. Fresh fruit notes are complemented by floral notes of rose, violet and vine flower.

TASTE

Subtle fruity and floral flavors, with a hint of citrus and mint.

BODY

Balanced on the palate with both freshness and a rich, smooth texture brought by lees distillation.

The Remy V Drop Recipe

Ingredients

1½ oz Rémy V
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup*
4 raspberries*
lemon twist

HOW TO MAKE IT

Muddle raspberries in shaker. Add remaining ingredients. (*Fresh raspberries & simple syrup can be optionally be replaced by 0.5 oz raspberry syrup.)
Fill shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Fine strain ingredients in a chilled coupe or martini glass. Optional sugar rim on the glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
