2 ⅔ oz Pineapple juice
1 lime wedge squeezed
1 pineapple slice to garnish

50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
80 ml Pineapple juice
1 lime wedge squeezed

8 cl Pineapple juice
1 lime wedge squeezed

  1. Add ice cubes to a shaker and pour 50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP and 80 ml Pineapple juice
  2. Shake, strain and pour into a rock glass over large ice cubes
  3. Top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice
  4. Garnish with a Pineapple slice
