1½ oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
2/3 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz simple syrup
Sparkling water
Lemon wheel
Brandied cherry

45 ml Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
Top with sparkling water
Lemon wheel

4.5 cl Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl simple syrup
Sparkling water
Lemon wheel

HOW TO MAKE
THE ROYAL TOM COLLINS

  1. Combine 1½ oz of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 2/3 oz of lemon juice, and 2/3 oz of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake then strain over ice into a highball glass.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a brandied cherry.
