Onsite purchasing

You can purchase our products directly through our official website at remymartin.com.

Orders are processed by our authorized partner Flaviar and shipped by the selected local retailer, in accordance with local distribution regulations. You can also find our cognacs in specialty liquor stores and selected establishments.

To place an order, simply select the desired product in our online store and add it to your basket. Once you have finished, proceed to the checkout screen, where you must enter your shipping and billing details to finalize the purchase. Note that each product availability varies depending on the shipping state.

Please remember that you must be older than 21 years old to order.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, we recommend contacting Flaviar’s customer service team as soon as possible via support@flaviar.com. Don’t forget to provide your order number. Please be aware that even though the Flaviar teams are doing their best, we cannot guarantee that your request can be fulfilled.

Your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. A shipment notification email will be sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that actual delivery time will then vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our partner, Flaviar, containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

In accordance with state laws, all alcohol sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is incorrect, please contact Flaviar’s customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date, and provide the following information:

  • The order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the package you received and its contents

Please hold onto your damaged item(s) in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a claim and provide further instructions.

Availability depends on local retailer inventory. If a product is unavailable, we recommend:

  • Checking back soon, as stock is frequently replenished.
  • Using our Store Locator to find the item at a nearby physical shop.
  • Signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to receive alerts on restocks and new releases.

No, promotional codes are not cumulative. Only one code can be used per order, and they cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing offers or discounts.

DIGITAL GIFT CARD

A digital gift card is a virtual gift balance that you can buy online. After your purchase, an email containing a special code is sent. This code acts as a payment method for any item on remymartin.com.

To use your Digital Gift Card, simply head to the checkout page and enter your unique code in the dedicated field. After clicking ‘Apply’, the balance will be automatically deducted from your order total, and you will see the updated amount before finalizing your purchase.

Your digital gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

This digital gift card is valid exclusively for online purchases at our official e-boutique (remymartin.com). Please note that it cannot be redeemed for distillery tours, physical visits, experiences or products at our physical estates.

Yes, you can use your gift card for multiple transactions until the total balance has been reached.

Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, in part or in full, for cash or any other form of credit.

If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can easily pay the difference at checkout using any of our accepted payment methods.

You can check your current balance through the gift card email you received.

Yes. Since a Gift Card is considered a method of payment, you can usually apply a promotional code to your order and then use your Gift Card to pay the remaining total.
