INGREDIENTS

1¾ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
⅓ oz lime juice or verjuice
⅔ oz apricot syrup
Club soda
Vanilla powder or vanilla stick

50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
10 ml lime juice or verjuice
20 ml apricot syrup
Top up with club soda
Vanilla powder or a vanilla stick

1 cl lime juice or verjuice
2 cl apricot syrup
Club soda

How to make the
RÉMY APRICOT FIZZ

Combine 50 ml (1¾ oz) of Rémy Martin VSOP, 10 ml (⅓ oz) of lime juice or verjuice, and 20 ml (⅔ oz) of apricot syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain over ice into a highball glass.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with a rim of vanilla powder or a vanilla stick
