Rémy Martin Centaure is the unpretentious cognac for sincere moments with friends. Made from a very fine selection of subtle eaux-de-vie, it is very smooth and easy to drink.
The aromas are those of stewed fruits, recalling the smells of hot apple pie and quince pie, and honey from the white blossoms of elderberry or acacia.
Notes of fruit and honey with balanced, oak-matured aromas.
Smooth and harmonious.
Neat, on ice, it is perfect for all drinking occasions, from moments between friends and informal business events to big celebrations.
In 2011, Cellar Master Pierrette Trichet created the Centaure as a cognac that reflects the house style: human, sincere, confident, and natural without ostentation. This cognac bears the name of the symbol of Rémy Martin, the centaur, half man, half horse.
For Centaure, we age our eaux-de-vie for at least six and up to 25 years.
Rémy Martin Centaure is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the highest-quality vineyards of Cognac, the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eaux-de-vie offer an exceptional ageing potential and are known as Cognac Fine Champagne.
