1.5 cl sugar syrup
1.5 cl lemon juice

  1. In a flute, combine 30 ml of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 15 ml of sugar syrup, and 15 ml of lemon juice.
  2. Then pop a cork and top with champagne.
