How to make a
Vieux Carré

  1. Add 20 ml (⅔ oz) Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, 20 ml (⅔ oz) rye whiskey, 20 ml (⅔ oz) sweet vermouth, 1 bar spoon of Bénédictine, and 2 dashes each of Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters to a rocks glass.
  2. Fill with ice and stir.
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
