INGREDIENTS

1¼ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
3/4 oz green tea & soy sauce syrup
Club soda

35 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
25 ml green tea & soy sauce syrup
Top with soda

3.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
2.5 cl green tea & soy sauce syrup
Club soda

HOW TO MAKE.
THE VSOY’P COCKTAIL

  1. Pre-prep: Make a simple tea and soy sauce mix.
  2. Steep 2 bags of green tea in 14 oz of boiling water for 8.5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and allow the liquid to cool, then add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir well.
  4. Finally, add 1¼ oz of dark soy sauce.
  5. For the drink: Stir ingredients into a highball over cubed ice.
  6. Top with soda.
  7. Garnish with a sage leaf.
