Shoreline Fizz
- Combine 45 ml (1½ oz) Rémy Martin VSOP, 7.5 ml (¼ oz) maraschino cherry juice, 2 chunks pineapple (muddled), 5 ml (⅙ oz) simple syrup, and 3 dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall stem wine glass.
- Top with 70 ml (2½ oz) champagne.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
