45 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
7.5 ml maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
5 ml simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
70 ml champagne

4.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
0.75 cl maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
0.5 cl simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
7 cl champagne

1½ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1/4 oz maraschino cherry juice
2 chunks pineapple (muddled)
1/6 oz simple syrup
3 dashes bitters
2½ oz champagne

How to make a
Shoreline Fizz

  1. Combine 45 ml (1½ oz) Rémy Martin VSOP, 7.5 ml (¼ oz) maraschino cherry juice, 2 chunks pineapple (muddled), 5 ml (⅙ oz) simple syrup, and 3 dashes of bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a tall stem wine glass.
  3. Top with 70 ml (2½ oz) champagne.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
