How to make a
Rémy Sour

  1. Shake 50 ml (1¾ oz) Rémy Martin VSOP, 30 ml (1 oz) lemon juice, 15 ml (½ oz) simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
