The Fleurissimo cocktail was originally made by Agostino Perrone, director of mixology of The Connaught London, to honor Grace Kelly. It is the perfect way to enjoy and commemorate great moments.

15 ml Rémy Martin VSOP
5 ml crème de violette liqueur
Sugar cube
Champagne

1.5 cl Rémy Martin VSOP
0.5 cl crème de violette liqueur
Sugar cube

1/2 oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1/6 oz crème de violette liqueur
Sugar cube
Champagne

How to make a
Fleurissimo

  1. Find a decadent coupe glass worthy of Marie Antoinette.
  2. Pour 15 ml (½ oz) Rémy Martin VSOP over a bitters-soaked sugar cube.
  3. Add 5 ml (⅙ oz) of crème de violette liqueur and top with champagne.
  4. Float a rose petal on top for an additional nod to the flower-loving queen.
