Pierrette Trichet, Rémy Martin's Cellar Master, has selected amongst the reserves, between 300 and 400 eaux-de-vie from the Heart of Cognac. She has developed all the aromatic facets of this brilliant cognac.
As with precious stones, the combination of nature, time and human craftsmanship are necessary to create Rémy Martin Centaure de Diamant.
